Nestled on the shores of the Knysna Lagoon and close to the Heads, the Knysna Golf Club's 18-hole course meanders through tidal pools and between magnificent indigenous trees.

Founded in 1909, the club moved to its present location in 1953. Initially a 9-hole course, it was made into an 18-hole course in 1960 and its interesting parkland layout has been further enhanced over the past ten years. The course is relatively flat and easy to walk, while still providing players with a good challenge. This is an affordable golfing experience not to be missed while touring the area.

The halfway house, bar and large deck at the newly rebuilt clubhouse are warm and welcoming and serves all-day meals, snacks and refreshments.
